SCAM! ordered a weight on 10th of May. Trying to call the phone number on the website and can't get throught. Big scam! Beware!

Ordered dumbells on 7th May, order still says processing. No answer on phones or by email/webchat. I stupidly have lost money to these scammers. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS!

Placed order 11th May, I usually check trust pilot first and stupidly didn't on this occasion. No response to any form of contact, phone lines go dead and no response on live chat.

I paid on credit card so just waiting for the 15 days to elapse to start refund.

This is a scam. I ordered a treadmill and no delivery. No contact on live chat. No response via email. Phone numbers aren’t active.

Luckily I paid on credit card.

Ordered 5kg dumbbells on the 4th May, had a consequent email to say the order had been dispatched and nothing since. I have emailed twice and reviewed no response.

This is a scam. I am trying to claim back through my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I got scammed. I ordered dumbells and never got them. The live chat service is not responding or anything. I also sent an email but nothing. Please don’t buy here!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Paid £265.00 for a treadmill heard nothing from them their phones are all offline and no response to any of my emails. I’m absolutely distraught over this.

Ordered on the 29th April recieved an email stating it would be sent on the 6th may for next day delivery it's wasn't I then contacted through the webchat and was told delivery would be on 10th no delivery sent message through webchat on 12th no reply and again this morning no reply I am now going through the bank for a refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a set of dumbells on the 7th of may for £50 and the order still says its processsing as im writing this review on the 16th. sent them an email and got no response. tried contacting them through their chat thing on the website and got absolutely nothing. terrible company don't waste your time with these scumbags.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star. Phone lines do not work no email response. No live chat response. I ordered dumbells. Raised with trading standards, since I can see this company is a scam and unfortunately I'm not the only one to have fallen for it.

Ordered on 10/05/2024 no updates since then tried phone, live chat but no response. Looking at the feedback from other customers it looks like a scam so please don’t buy anything from them.
I will definitely going to report this to authorities as i believe its only me but definitely many who got scammed.

I can't see my first review so I'm writing another. I never received my goods and I never received a refund in spite of being told I would get one in 2 days time. In end had to apply to go through the credit card. I'm probably going to take this company to the Trading Standards. Such a useless company

exactly the same as everyone else's experience , ordered and never recieved dumbells, Danielle Gregory on chat said they would be here Monday and now no response.

Do not use this company at all. Complete con men. You will never receive your goods. All contact numbers go dead when you ring. They don’t reply to your emails, and the live chat is non existent. Don’t get scammed by this company. Look elsewhere

I have contacted my bank and trading standards about these scum low lives taking peoples hard earned money. Hopefully action will be taken on them and the website gets taken down.

More than a month has gone by and no updates.
Their number is invalid and no response from messages.

Act accordingly guys, don't let these thugs take a penny off you.

I'm absolutely gobsmacked at how long this site has been able to continue to operate. How is this even possible..

It's a reminder to always use credit cards for purchases outside big chains where you are at risk the most. Raised a dispute and funds refunded almost immediately. Sorry to those not so lucky. 😔

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I ordered 3kg dumbells for my mum. After a week I got a dispatch Email saying the order would be dispatched within the next 4 days for next day delivery. We are now nearly a week after the date of the supposed next day delivery and still no sign of these.
Phone number doesn't work and they haven't answered any of .y Emails.

The customer service team was responsive and helped me track my order every step of the way. Highly recommend this website!
