Absolutely wonderful experience

Absolutely wonderful experience! I sent my 9ct engagement ring and a gold plated pendant to be 18ct plated. The ring was causing corrosion and the old plating on the pendant had begun to rub off. Both items now look good as new and the ring discolouration has completely stopped!
Jay was so communicative the whole way along - poor him, I think I emailed a few times as I was quite nervous being away from my ring! But he answered all my emails promptly, and turned the job around incredibly quickly. would 100% recommend this company and their services

Will definitely use again

Fantastic company. Enquiries are dealt with super quickly. I sent my ring to be rhodium plated. This process was quick and reasonably priced and I was kept informed every step of the way. I received my ring back within a week.
