This company is absolutely shocking it must be an automated company all they have gone bust without telling anyone they don't reply to any emails don't answer the phone and don't respond on Facebook Messenger I made an order in January I have not received it or any information. If only I had a read the trust pilot review was however I did buy from this company once before and the product was good was shipping was. reasonable. But I don't think i could risk it again in the future.

Do not order here cause these people are scammers!

Took them a week to tell me my order was not there or be. They took the payment now telling me 10 days to refund.

Price was really good. However, when I ordered the product I received the status that there was verification needed. I had the shipping and billing addresses different so this was understandable. I spent about a week trying to get a hold of someone to verify my information. I emailed multiple times, called twice a day, left messages on their phone number, texted multiple times, and I even left a note on my order. Finally, I decided to use their facebook page and left a message there. When I was finally contacted, the agent was very nice and I explained to her my situation. I gave her the necessary information and she shipped the order out immediately. Order came in 2 days and it was exactly as expected. Bottom line: It was near impossible to get someone on the phone to verify the information, but once I did it was ok.

Ordered pro tan spray times 4 bottles for bodybuilding competitions...
Items were shipped in two packages of two bottles all places inside one box. Upon opening each package there was liquid tanning product all over everything; the inside of the package and all over the bottles. This stuff stains skin (it’s designed to) and takes a week to wear off. What an awful mess!

I took pictures of everything as I was opening and noticed the damaged product and mess I was dealing with. This review will not allow any pictures, so I’m unable to show the damages...

Price price was great, arrived in a reasonable time, but next time I’ll go elsewhere and pay a little more to get my things intact and undamaged.

I never received an order. Emailed to cancel because it had been 5 or more days and they had not even shipped the order. I emailed an inquiry a couple days before cancelling the order and received no reply. Don't bother calling because no customer care representative will answer the phone. This has been the case on at least one other occasion with this company, which reminded me of why I had not ordered more frequently. In fact I hadn't ordered since 2016. Not too sure I would order again regardless of reasonable pricing.

I live in a closed building with they key pad to enter. I left specific instructions on how to enter my building to drop it off at my door. (4 numbers on first floor not hard at all)With only having Friday's off I can't make it to my office in time prior to them closing for the day to pick up the packages. As to why I left such instructions. In my opinion it's not about the start but how you finish. Y'all did great shipping it out. But when it came to finalizing the order whether it was your fault or not y'all failed miserably. It didn't make it to my door and now I have to wait 3 days to pick it up from my apartment office.

After watching my son-in-law use the LEAN 1 am excited to
give it try. I will mix with fruit and enjoy.

Order was shipped quickly but didn’t arrive on specified delivery date. Not sure if the reasoning but still over all satisfied

I believe my standard deliver was 10 days which seemed long but I could have ordered on the weekend so I won’t hold that against them, the psychotic comes with a plastic wrap around the lid and mine just slid right off and didn’t seem super secure however the internal seal was fine, overall pretty good on the delivery side.

I’ve taken this product before and it’s by far one of the best pre workouts I’ve ever taken, the only downside in my opinion is that my bowel moments seem gnarly but it’s worth the results
