Its not a well known website so less selection than I had hoped for. Impossible to cancel and stop credit card from being run again. There was no way to contact anyone, no phone numbers or customer help email or bots to even ask. The website is designed to make it so you can't cancel your membership without getting charged.

I've tried a handful of dating apps, this is the absolute worst. If you see a picture that's clearly out of place compared to the typical pics, they'll be wanting to sell you bitcoin within a day. They're accomplished liars except if you're familiar with the city or the state they claim to be out of you can't trip them up and oh they never want to meet you even if they claim in the same small town in boondocks Oregon. Save your money avoid.

Well, that's the second scammer in a row, possibly 3! They say they have a certain profession, then write you saying completely different! One guy every day had different location like Florida, then Spokane! This last one I told don't think he's real. He completely stopped writing as did others. They know they've been caught. I am very disappointed and just gives online dating more of a bad name!

Consider this site a complete waste of time and money. As a premium member, many of the features don’t function correctly.
You receive contacts from non premium members who can’t respond to your messages, so it’s a completely pointless service in general.
Probably the greatest complaint, is the lack of any search function, you are completely dependent upon a logarithm to find matches, so you have no real control over any aspect of the process.
I question the integrity of the platform in respect to fake profiles, you receive messages from the site that a lady wishes to contact you, but their profile doesn’t exist.
Generally speaking, it’s extremely expensive for a very below par service.

Automatic billing is just a scam. Without knowing you will be billed even if you think you have cancelled. Read their terms and conditions and be very careful.

App is terrible (on Android).

I've never written a review before but as of 2024 do not use this company.

I am very perturbed. I have been unable to sign in for two days now and there is no information provided on the site and do way to get help. I have been a paying customer for over three years and expect more.

After 2 days of being on this site I plan to cancel tonight. I have already been contacted by 3 fake accounts and likely 2 more. There is no way to directly reach customer service, they have 48 hours to respond. Also, many of the matches I was presented with did not fit what I had listed as being important to me. This is an expensive service that represents itself as something it is not at all and it does not feel even remotely safe.

Update: I have already been trying to cancel my membership since the 26th for a refund, as I wrote in my letter to customer service yesterday, the membership cancelations provided on your website did not work, I tried many times. That is why I have been e-mailing you. I also did report the pages. I have not yet heard back from customer service.

I sent another request to customer service but still have heard nothing from the company.

All fake's and scammers. Two weeks in, I notified customer service of my utter disatisfaction and lack of confidence with the multiple emails I had already received from them regarding profile scams and asked for a refund, and they refused.

Appalling. Please do not give these people your money. They should not be allowed to be in business.

I think that just about all the women have fake profiles or are scammers and the site doesn't prevent them from being on it.

I also noticed that if I replied to one fake profile, I started getting more likes from other scammers.

Don't fall for this garbage

The only reason I am giving two stars vs. one is because they have warned me twice about scammers I had had contact with. In both cases, I suspected they were scammers. Both lived far away and were very attractive. I told each of them that the distance was a factor and both gave me some sappy response about distance not making a difference when you find your soul mate. I regret trusting the first one a little too much (just enough to share personal thoughts). I wasted a lot of time doing that. I am not gullible enough to give them money or personal information. I have tried three other dating sites and have not met one scammer. This site seems to attract them. I think the name of the site gives scammers hope of finding successful, wealthy, and lonely individuals. Fortunately, I only signed up for three months. It's a shame these scammers prey on dating sites because it leaves us all less trusting and perhaps missing out on someone who is genuine and worthy of getting to know.

Despite requiring a fairly pricey membership fee to read/write messages, this site is surprisingly full of scammers and fake profiles. They don’t make it a requirement at sign up to verify your identity, so they rely on their users to report suspicious activity, and according to their own statement they also employ a software algorithm. This led to me being blocked from accessing my account without any warning. The day after I signed up I all of a sudden kept getting an error message and couldn’t sign in anymore. I had to email customer service who then told me that their scam algorithm identified inconsistencies in my profile. After sending them photos of my driver’s license, they reactivated the account again a couple days later. I was very frustrated that they never sent an email saying anything about the issue and my account being blocked.
Apart from that, very few of the matches I got were in my area (50mi), most others were 100+ mi away, or across the entire country from the other coast. The remainder of the profiles had almost no information on them or they were clearly fake. The website was also weirdly buggy. I would reply to someone and not hear back all day, the next day I would go into my messages and see that they had replied to me immediately after my message, but it just didn’t show up.
One good thing is their 3-day money back guarantee. I emailed customer service within those three days and they cancelled my subscription and the transaction within less than 24hrs.

Complete scam. It looks like they planted a non 1 star review here. Not legit in any way shape or form.

I like that they leave comments in here like it’s something strange but there are no legit reviews to suggest that this is strange at all. Just a scam.

Update: 👇NOW they want me to contact them. Before I cancelled, they were no where to be found. I had to end payment on my side because I couldn’t cancel on the app. Completely disingenuous.

This company is an absolute scam! I wish I could give them a ZERO! I was a paid member for 4 days when they blocked my account and I could no longer log in. No email explaining why and absolutely no way to get a hold of them because they don’t advertise an email address. The recommendation is to write a letter…yes, “write” a letter and mail it to Germany! All I did was update a few preferences and add to my profile. Nothing outrageous at all. They stole $112 and that’s that. NEVER AGAIN!!

I found it pretty awful. I have tried to cancel my membership. It said you can only cancel from their website. I thought I was on their website. So I tried to find it and kept on getting the same one I was on. I need help downloading this!!! I want to get out of here.

I would give no stars if that was possible. I was matched with 4 different people and they were all scammers. The site warned me about 2 of them and the other was the perfect charmer and too good to be true. Sure enough, after a few months of chatting, he made up a pitiful story and asked me for financial assistance. Be careful and don’t get carried away by the profile pictures because they all look amazing.

I agree with all the other negative comments. Seems like a scam website and customer service is zero:
- my preferences are ignored
- around 95% of guys are so far away that it’s not viable
- Months pass and no one opens my profile to read it (- so how visible is my profile?)
- Lots of fake profiles, and they’re easy to spot. They are very good looking and their bio is copied and pasted from one to the other
- Lots with no photos
- unable to search for matches and the ones they give me do not align with my preferences
- unable to edit my own profile

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. What a total waste of money
