Everything perfect. Very fast delivery and some specials inside the backpack!

Got sent the wrong number. Didn't check, only when i tried to wear them. They wont send me another pair even though i have proved by pictures that the size isn't correct.
The error was on them and they don't solve it.
Amateur brand.

This was a purchase I am very glad I made. The colour of the bag was what first attracted me and it does not disappoint. The quality is great and the customer service was greay when I had an issue with delivery. Can’t fault this company.

Elitextraining products are incredible for the price!!! I ordered the zebra backpack and I absolutely love it! And it came with some fun little extras which I was not expecting!

The backpack is great, the delivery took a few more days than the web anticipated, but it was fast anyways. The product is nice, a lot of compartments and space. The aesthetics are cool, and the quality feels nice. The web experience was also good, with videos showing the backpack before buying it, and the shopping experience was smooth too. I feel like the backpack may be a bit overpriced, but the quality is good and the experience with the company has been great.

I ordered two backpacks. They look really great and the details are really cool. There's also enough space for storage.

The only drawback is the UPS delivery service; maybe you should change delivery providers.

I received a notification that my package had been delivered and left in the porch, but I never gave permission for it to be left there. When I got home, there was no package. I looked at the photo from the delivery company and saw that they had obviously delivered my package somewhere else. I tried to reach customer service by phone, which is a miracle in itself when you can actually get hold of someone there. I finally got through to someone and explained that my package had obviously been delivered to the wrong address. The lady on the phone told me that I would receive a call the next day. In fact, the next day I only received an email saying that I should ask my neighbors, as the package had been left there. In short, after several emails, I was sent a screenshot showing where my package was. I drove there MYSELF and, thank God, it was still there. Luckily, I live in a village.

I would like to order from you again, but not with this delivery company. Please change them if you want to do yourselves a favor. I have heard from many sources that there are massive problems with UPS.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this website. I placed an order two months ago and never received my package. Now they are not answering any of my emails - I even tried reaching out via Instagram and still nothing. It does not look like I will ever get the money I spent back.

Stay away from this website.

Absolutely shocking! I get its a small company! But if you want to be a decent company, actually send the product i paid for! And now they wont reply to emails! Avoid this company!

Every product that I ordered (backbag, socks, etc.) were really good quality. Delivery was smooth to Northern Europe.

The perfect backpack for my needs
The design is SUPERB:
- 2 front pockets to store easy to grab items
- a dedicated slot for the laptop to easily remove it during airport controls
- 180 degree full opening of main compartment
- USB-C and USB cable for a power bank (yes, USB-C)
- MOLLE system available to attach many more items hanging outside
- 45 LITRES, which is the perfect size in my opinion
