Terrible service from the company. Although the product seemed to be of good quality, the service provided does not match. They commit to delivery deadlines that they do not meet, their email responses are insufficient and offer no solutions. They advertised a 72-hour delivery, but I received it more than 15 days late, claiming there was a "stock problem" completely unrelated to the customer. Inadmissible.

This bag is poorly designed for real-world active use. It failed its primary protective function (waterproofing) and caused physical damage due to its unnecessary weight. Do not buy if you need guaranteed waterproofing or plan to carry heavy electronics.

Delighted with this bag, it’s a Christmas gift for my daughter and I’m sure she with love it. The colour is beautiful and the quality of the bag appears to be good.

I haven't received my entire order; I'm missing a box of tape. I ordered a belt, a patch and four boxes of 6 tapes, and I only received 3 boxes.

Great shopping experience, the product is as expected. The material has a great quality, the backpack is spacious and I can fit everything in it. The shipment was a bit longer than I expected but still less than a week.

I purchased EliteX’s Pro bag in June and found it to be defective and low quality. After only 3 months of gym use, the zipper came undone and one of the pouches rendered to be useless. I contacted EliteX and got a replacement on the way on 29 September 2025.

It would’ve been perfect at this point… except for some odd reason EliteX decided to use a courier service that’s notoriously known as the worst in Andalusia called SEUR. Today’s 7 October 2025 and after 4 — YES, FOUR — requests for pick-up at SEUR’s own official pick-up points, they always keep saying they’ve been unable to deliver my bag for many reasons: locker is full, pick-up points are closed, roads are shut down, etc.

As of now, the bag is still stuck with SEUR, and I don’t know if I will get my backpack ever.

Good communication and tracking of item. The bag is well constructed from good quality materials.
