NO PROTECTION AROUND GOODS
I ordered 2 lots of 4 litre bottles of weedkiller. I had to chase this up as it got damaged in transit but no communication from Elixir. I had to call and chase it up. Then asked if I would like it replaced,I said yes. To which it turned up 5 days later with nothing more than the 2 bottles in a thin cardboard box. No bubble wrap no protection. Even after the first lot got damaged. Imagine being the delivery driver and this gets damaged then all over your car/van and the driver. What utter lack of compitance from Elixir to send out like this

Good quality products
Been buying from Elixir for some time, mainly because their plant pots are the best. This is the second time I've bought compost from them, as it's been great for my container plants. Love the fact that you can buy as much or as little as you need and the price reduces the more that you buy.

Delivery much slower than advertised
I ordered through this company as they were advertising speedy delivery on their website, quicker than Amazon for the same products which aligned with my schedule for planting.
Ended up taking nearly a fortnight so had to buy from Amazon as well in the end.
The response from the company when I enquired about the length of time I’d waited I was told that due to their peak season they were behind, all gardeners know that peak season starts in March so felt entirely fobbed off.
