Took forever to arrive
Took forever to arrive. It was obviously forgotten because it arrived shortly after I asked about its whereabouts. Zero communication whatsoever. Dissapointed.

Good lawn product but tracking of progress to delivery was erratic and concerning for a while.
The purchase of lawn weed and feed was straight forward and the order seemed to be progressing to the courier and going well. After a few days, I tried to check where my parcel was with FedEx as I wanted to be in for the delivery but their tracking site seemed to say they'd not yet received the parcel, which appeared to conflict with an earlier status report. Fearing my parcel may have gone missing I contacted Elixir about the problem and they investigated the situation with FedEx. A day or two after that my parcel was delivered, undamaged, so what went wrong with the tracking I don't know. The end result was ok but the worry over not knowing where my parcel had got to in the delivery process was a little unnerving. I'm not sure where the fault lie, but I suspect it was with FedEx's tracking updates for some reason. I would probably use Elixir again, but hopefully the difficulty was a rare mishap in the delivery process. I've used the product before and was pleased with the results, as again this time, so no issues there.

Disappointed
Products as good as usual at a good price. Unfortunately spoiled by being charged a delivery fee based on weight but this I checked the cost to my old address 16 miles away which was free. So obviously not a weight fee but a location fee. I don’t mind having to pay a delivery fee but to say it is based on weight when it is location is disingenuous in my opinion.
