So far the hosting is performing very well from my perspective, the prices, performance, support and panel are amazing, especially the panel is really an incredible plus, it is fast and nice to use compared to other hostings!

the serverse is quic and good the price of the hoast is also the best that i have seen.

my mods and forge didnt work and they fixed it whit 5 mins

I highly recommend if you're just starting out with minecraft hosting. It's fast. It's reliable (If the premium nodes stay online((data center likes to go oof from time to time)) and affordable)
Only downside is that support is extremely slow and their other services other than minecraft that I've used, like rust for example, wasn't a pleasant experience.
By far one of the best minecraft hosting providers out there though.

To start off with was fine, However I ask for some assistance in my query and all i get told is to wait. Server had been buggy from the get go. Waited 11 hours for their "24/7" support, got rude response from discord team. Its amazing when u bring up an issue in their discord and they dont like it then immediately respond to your ticket. If its that easy why wait that long. Decided I didnt want to continue as I was not happy with the response and attitude of the staff. Abdullah is quite rude. Banned me from their discord, rather than talk it out. Not professional. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Edit: The reply from the company is completely wrong. All i did was question their tech support, questioning my rights as a customer. And i got banned for that. I did not spam at all and i never pinged the staff. Steer clear of this company. And i am pretty sure the 5 star rating are most likely fake.

Been a server owner for 6 years across multiple services and ElixirNode has the best prices, the quickest responses to tickets, and the community is actually helpful when staff can't answer your questions.

I didnt know to install mod, so one of staff help me! He install mod for me!

Had an issue transferring files on my server, the support team was very quick to respond and walked me through the correct process.

The staff were really nice and the YouTube channel shows lots of tips and if you need a affordable Minecraft server elixr node is the place

Great work from the staff, sometimes they take a while to respond on the Discord support server and the server requires a phone verification which doesn't work in every country, but otherwise they're really on top of things.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Occasionally they respond within 24 hours, but unusually they do not (Discord or Ticket). Their tone is often accusatory and rooted in the attitude that customers should be happy they are there for them and be more patient with their company issues. This last issue was the worst. I was trying to add my 8th server, increase the RAM on another, and add DynMap but the buttons were not working on the website to do so. I put in a ticket on Discord. After 24 hours, I put in a ticket online for their support. Discord finally responded with "Are you still having this problem"? After replying "yes" they transferred me to management (which did not respond). Then later, I received a response through the ticket that gave me some help to order but also accusatory for the problem. WHAT? After paying for the service, I contacted quick chat to ask how long it will take to get the map completed. I received a very rude response that I should be more patient and follow directions. There were no specific directions because I could not follow through on their website and it had been over 48 hours by that time, so I was just wondering how things were progressing. I was told that I should be more understanding when a company is "having a rough time" when in fact I did not know that they were. I did not know because they did not communicate with me. They are based in Kuwait and should learn how to be polite and more responsive with their customers.
