Elizabeth Boots takes your money and sends plastic boots . Two boots each for Right feet but for two sizes being for 39 foot and 41 foot.
Any one wanting one boot for R300. Selling to cover my cost.

No money back or apology at their cost. Just theft from my bank.

Last year I ordered boots from them. Received them late yes like 3 weeks late but now issues, so I ordered another pair again 2 weeks ago. No order confirmation which I've sent numerous e-mails to Annie and that support e-mail address but no reply and yes the money was taken. It was only then that take the time to read the comments and with shock know that I was also one of the victims. I will never EVER order anything online again without reading the comments first. What an expensive lesson this was!

If you choose to return it the cost of between 50 and $80 to China. This is a scam do not purchase.

I bought shoes and within 4 months they split across the sole. When I contacted them about their sub standard product instead of replacing the shoes they informed me that I had to pay 50% to replace them.

Your payments go to Hong Kong Dropshipping Fulfillment Co. Limited. Their shoes are of inferior quality. They advertise no refunds on Sale items but all their shoes are on Sale ALL the time???? Check their reviews online & also "By Sofias Australia", "Elizabeth Boots" & "By Luna Australia" on Trustpilot & Product Review websites. Many customers are still waiting for refunds 6 months later or their Customer Service team have stopped answering them hoping they'll go away. There are also many other websites purporting these companies to be a scam or one you should be wary of. Most of their positive reviews are self generated as is evident in the format of comments on FB. They delete all their negative reviews where they can but they can't in this site. I hope I can at least warn some unsuspecting Australian Consumers. Shame on you By Sofias Australia, By Luna Australia, Elizabeth Boots & Elizabeth Australia. Stop taking advantage of Australian Consumers.

The shoes are so expensive, but you do not get what you pay for. Excessive delivery times, and what is advertised and what is received don’t look at all the same. Very disappointed and it’s a complete waste of money

I have been waiting for my order of 2 pairs of boots/shoes. Paid for them on the 15th June 2023. Every time I contact them, if I get an answer it's a general letter re. due to increase in demand your order may be delayed...... How long??? Can't get an answer out of them. Can't supply me with an order number either. This is shocking.

Be warned! Elizabeth boots is a scam! I ordered and paid for boots 3 weeks ago. No delivery. No contact number. Only the one email address, and no reply from that address.
I suspect this is a scam, and that i have lost my money. Very upsetting.

I ordered shoes 3 months ago and still not received the order. I was contacted by Buffalo demanding extra payment. The link is a scam - my financial insitution refused payment -unsecure link.
Numerous email back and forth leads to nothing.
What protection does an online customer have if all attempts to contact them, fails? Surely there must be someway!

The shoes aren't the same as the pictures on Elizabeth boots.com website. It is NOT orthopedic shoes as claimed. The straps are thick and unrefined. It looks cheap and is too big to buckle! I am completely unable to wear them. Huge scam!

This company claim to have orthopedic shoes witch is very expensive. Not only are they nonrefundable but made from very cheap material, These shoes are NOT orthopedic at all. The shoes aren't the same as the pictures on your website at all. The straps are so thick and unrefined. It looks cheap and is too big to buckle! I am completely unable to wear them.

Boots are inferior quality and do not conform to the advertised product. The website advertises a sale that ends on the same day, while the so-called sale seemingly runs unabated. Do not be duped into buying this product.

This advertisement is a lie. Nothing orthropedic about them. Bad quality material used. I was caught in this online sale. Looks good in pictures, but not worth the money you pay. Not worth the star I gave them.

The boots are of low quality. It did not fit. I could not return, because it was on sale- like all their shoes.
They offered me a pair for free, but had to order it from Australia. Shipment is more than the price of the shoes.

They are fraudulent, unethical and dishonest. They are conning poor descent people in SA from their hard-earned money and lack any form of conscience whatsoever. They tell people on Facebook that they are based in South Africa which is not true, I highly suspect they are in China, although their website address shows Ireland. You can clearly see the address copied and pasted onto the website. I cancelled my order 5 hours after payment. According to their website you can cancel within 12 hours and get your refund. I paid R1200 for 2 pairs of these shoes as well as shipment fees. They replied saying "sorry the parcel has been shipped already". That’s not true, I cancelled 5 hours after payment. Then I sent them pics of my artificial leg pleading with them saying I won’t be able to wear the shoes because of my artificial foot. They responded saying how sorry they were, but they can’t stop the shipment. Then the shoes arrived - wrong colour. Thin plastic garbage soles glued on. NO LEATHER WHATSOVER. NOT ORTHOPEDIC. Not worth R50. I pleaded with them. I told them again I will not open the parcel and will be sending it back to them. They said they would look into the matter. They then finally responded the last time saying I can’t be refunded as I bought the shoes on sale?? I replied saying how wrong and dishonest this is and how they dishonestly run their business. They put on a very high price tag, then give it a stripe through with a “new” lower price. This is no sale. There is no way you can pay R600 per pair of shoes in the state I received them. The worst material I have ever seen. Hundreds of people on Facebook and Hello Peter complaining about how they con people in South Africa out of their money running an unethical business. They must be closed down!

The one star is generous. I've never been this disappointed in my life. These people are scammers. Run. All the reviews are true. Don't buy from them. They have everything on sale therefore no refund.

Their shoes are as light as feather. The material used is very cheap and shows signs of peeling. They did not even get the design right. This has been the worst shopping experience.

Just got my 2 pairs of boots ordered, please DO NOT order from these people, the quality is terrible - go to China mall and get your R150 pair of shoes there, that is all I would pay for these, terrible quality, do not look like the photos on the website. Horrible horrible, don't use this company. Cheap rubbish!
