The dress is a piece of crap! The photo looks like it’s made out of a cotton/wool. It’s actually made out of the cheapest polyester. The seaming is terrible. It’s a scam!

Scam company I bought a matching sweat set and what came was see through horrible material nothing like pictured. When I tried returning it they said I’d have to pay shipping to china costing almost as much as I’d bought it for. They are scammers don’t waste your time or money!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and have received no updates on a delivery date or any response to requests other than an automated reply of 'please be patient'!! Having read other reviews it would appear that I've been scammed!!

they find ways to not fully refund buyers
bought the dress, requested a refund within 1 hour of purchase. Wasn’t processed until about a week after, email received saying shipped and then refunded the amount for the dress but kept the £4 shipping fee. Would not recommend this website at all.

Terrible Service
The order was placed. A way to track the order was not available. A tracking number was never provided. 40 days went by without receiving the order. The response from customer service was to be patient. They also charge for returns and now I am questioning the quality if the item is ever actually received.

This is a scam company. You must agree to "terms and conditions" before making a purchase. If you read closely, those terms make it easy for the company to deny refunds for a host of reasons, completely at their discretion.
Additionally, they claim to have a 5 Star Trustpilot review- but if you search for Elizabeth Luxx on Trustpilot, you see they are unrated = zero stars.
