Everything was taken care of. Location was great and we got the right information in time.
Only small thing: maybe if someone books a rental car with the journey, try pointing out the specific local traffic rules some more. Like the ZTL zones in Italy. May save the travelers a lot of money.

Do not pay deposit back
My boyfriend and I rented a car and had to pay 300 eur at the desk as a deposit.
We were promised our deposit back within 10 days and is now several weeks ago.
We called Eliza multiple times, but nothing has been fixed. Such a bad service.
Do not rent a car unless you want to loose a lot of money!

Normally it takes around 10 days to receive the deposit back. Sometimes it takes a bit longer. I hove you received it back by now. If not you can always email us about it and we will contact the rental company and will make sure that you receive your deposit back.

Bad client service
We had problems with the rental car company after dropping off our car.
5 weeks later and still no response mail from Elisa was here.
Client service = 0
Makes us forget that we had a lovely stay.
Wouldn't book again if the client service is so terrible.

We booked a very pleasant holiday in Samos for 4 adults with Eliza. Everything was very nicely aranged. Flight, rental car and villa with pool at the beach.One time when I needed to contact Eliza during our stay, I was able to reach them easily.
In upcommingtravels Eliza will be one of the first we will look for a new destination/accomodation.

Perfect location. Patricia and Ricardo will do everything to make it perfect for you. Pool is very quiet. The appartement is clean and the Wifi is perfect. That is important with kids...! I will recommend it for everyone!!!

Second time we booked
this was our second time that we rose with eliza was here, it was super really super to your liking. everything is well organized and you have a plane ticket + accommodation + car in one, so super nice! our stay was more than we expected. it looked nicer than on the pictures and the staff + the owner were super sweet and helpful. Our trip was cancelled due to overbooking
Our trip is suddenly canceled due to a ‘mistake’. The alternative offered in the same mail is not even close to what we booked. They keep saying they'll be in touch with us and meanwhile we are waiting for weeks. Still waiting… Very stressful and disappointing.

The worst service possible
The worst service possible, they will ignore you as soon as they have your money. They will book the cheapest services even if the times don't match and won't answer your questions.
Book services separately, it might be slightly more expensive but you'll be able to choose what suits you better.
