Placed an order by mistake and email there and then to cancel the order. I was still sent the item despite this. This was on the 18th of January and since I have emailed and called. No reply from the emails and the number is not in service tried another one and it’s a sister company and left a message twice on voicemail but no reply back. Don’t know what to do as I want to return the item and I shouldn’t have to pay for the recorded delivery for return. There is no way of contacting these people. I don’t want them replying to this and telling me that I can contact them as I have done this.

The earrings were bought as a present for my Daughter (for Christmas), I'm sure she'll love them.

From initially ordering to receiving them, the process was very simple and straightforward.

Once they had been dispatched, I received messages to keep me up-to-date with their shipping progress, which didn't take long at all, I also received confirmation that they had arrived.

They were securely packed in a lovely presentation box, and the earrings are beautiful, I'm sure she will be very pleased with them.

Arrived quicker than expected. The rose gold necklace was exactly what i was looking for, the length of chain can be altered which was an added bonus.

Beautiful necklace and came in a high quality gift box with fold over material inside and the box slides into a box cover which is also lovely, not cardboard that usually covers boxes. I will highly recommend.
