When I received my necklaces they both were already tarnished. The gold is coming off both necklaces. The necklaces were also irritating my skin when I but them on to try on. Not pleased with my purchase. Won’t be buying anymore products. :( Too much of a hassle to return back to the UK .

Items that are not fulfilled due to stock levels are always refunded. In this case, the item you did not receive has been refunded onto the original order card. You will have received an email about this. We advise checking your spam folder as we have instances where our emails are put there. Customer service has yet to reply to my email. I ordered my jewelry March 9th, tracking never updated past a certain extent so I had to reach out again. I finally received the jewelry April 22nd and one of the necklaces are missing. Should I expect a refund or is the necklace arriving separately? Communication would be nice.

Customer Service
Customer Service isn’t good. Never got confirmation email after purchase have no idea of my order number and no notice if and when item is shipping. Ordered a ring which is a gift I certainly hope I hear something. Sent an email to customer service and no one bothered to reply. Would you buy from this company?

I hope all is well.
Your order was shipped on the 4th of March and delivery was attempted on the 8th, a note has been left by USPS in regards to this. You should have received an email with your tracking number. In some instances our emails are sent to junk mail.
You can reschedule delivery but this must be done before the 22nd of May.
We have only received one email from you, which was responded to within 24 hours. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
