Product is good however I was charged vat from customs due to the paper work into Ireland !! Should be covered from the UK surely

The best customer experience I have ever received!
Scrolling through Instagram late the other night, I come across a beautiful necklace on the Elk and Blooms page, I immediately hunt for it on their website to no avail! I pop them a little comment as I have been looking for something like this forever, and to my surprise a few hours later they have asked me to get in touch to send out… the newest design necklaces not even on their website. Dominique was amazing and even let me use my discount, sent it in a lovely complementary gift box and got it posted that day! I am over the moon and feel so privileged! The best customer experience I have ever received and will definitely be shopping with them again. Highly recommended. ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hidden VAT costs on delivery
Ordered a chain to Ireland that cost €86
When it arrived I had to pay €25 in VAT + Fees. This was not clear or shown when checking out. I didn't get any discount ordering to Ireland, does this mean I paid UK VAT and IRE VAT??
UPDATE: they refunded me €3.5 on a €85 ordered after I had to pay an additional €25 that wasn't made clear that I would have to pay

So glad I came across this company whilst searching online for a necklace for my daughter. Easy to navigate, to order and brilliant communication to inform the status of my order etc. When the item arrived it was really beautifully packaged. It was a very personal service throughout and as a customer I would certainly not hesitate to order from this company again.

Beautiful, elegant and original necklace
I am very happy with the beautiful, not "run of the mill" necklace I bought from Elk & Bloom. Ordering and delivery was easy and the packaging was fantastic, especially great if you are gifting - although, on this occasion, I was gifting myself! Definitely a place to look for future purchases if you want something different and original.
