So it’s been a while since I ordered from this website as it has a UK domain address and post Brexit it is too expensive to order anything from the UK. But it has Essie items that are only available in the US so I took a chance. Items arrived within 10 days and expertly packaged. The post markings were in German so must be from a German distribution centre. With free world wide delivery and no VAT charge for EU countries and excellent stock choice, I will definitely be ordering again.

Very misleading, this company is in the US, not UK as the website and currency suggests, you will only find this out when they send you the tracking and you will then wait in excess of two weeks for an item that cost £6.00.

So there's these Essie polishes that I had been searching for, for ages, and Ella Gray was the only place that sell them. After reading the plethora of negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but decided to risk everything and take the plunge. And I'm glad I did!. The polishes arrived within two weeks, which was so much faster than I was expecting, and the polishes were securely wrapped in a tight box.
I will purchase again from this site before the UK's changes to Customs kicks in.

I am attempting to cancel order yet to no avail. Contact details are sparse! I only managed to find an email - praying it's the correct one. I have yet to recieve a reply - so cannot call them rude.

Had a too good to be true price on Amazing grass- I ordered anyway - should have known. They sent me a fake tracking number and when the product didn’t arrive a month a half later they finally refunded my money - they must be doing some weird debt recycling program..... it’s a scam company.

I have never had a problem with ordering from this website. Products are legit, the only down point is that they take about a month to arrive, this is only because they are based in America. I have been using this site for a fair few years and will continue to do so as I haven't had a bad experience

Extremely bad customer service full of delays on your order and won't give you your money back. I have proofs. Not the first time. Never ordering from them again. I ordered via Amazon.Never again.

Paid over 100$ for some shellac starter nail kit. It never came and I feel they are scamming me during a very rough time.

This is not a UK company. I've been waiting nearly a month for an order I placed. No customer service details on the email and their website is down. Avoid avoid

I received my new nail colour, apparently it was gelish, make you blink pink! But quite honestly it’s nothing like the genuine colour. Who knows what this company is? It’s a weak coral colour and it certainly doesn’t make me blink!

I wish I had read the reviews about this awful company before I ordered. Their ‘service’ is appalling. I don’t even believe they shipped the product as it has been two months since I ordered. They ignore all forms of contact and do not reply to messages. They don’t even display contact info anywhere on their website in the first place so they operate by thieving and then avoiding questions. I have been emailing their ‘orders’ email which is the only operational one I could find.
They also pose as a U.K. company (they use the domain .co.uk instead of .com) when they are in fact based on the USA so please beware! If I had known they weren’t uk or at least EU based in the first place I wouldn’t have ordered (since I’d have to pay custom charges). Honestly they are horrible to deal with in every aspect. Avoid at all costs. Don’t find these thieves. Whatever they’re claiming to sell on their site, you can find elsewhere anyway.

Ignore emails and POSE AS A UK COMPANY but really they’re based in the United states!!! Don’t bother

So after reading load of reviews on here - good and bad, I decided to go ahead and order two items from Ella gray.
Once I made the order I noticed I didn’t get a confirmation email which is a little worrying and after about 8 days I thought I’d give them a email to confirm if they’d been sent. They swiftly got back to me and assured me they’d been sent out and would be there within 10-30 days. Lo and behold 3 days later I got my bits in the post 🎉. I’m really impressed with their prices and the items I ordered were as I expected. Glad I took the risk - will be ordering with them again!!!

Ps...Ella gray is a US based company but shipping is free and I didn’t get charged import tax

Ok so this isn't a U.K based company. I ordered from them and after receiving no emails whatsoever regarding my order apart from the one from PayPal I thought hmmm 🤔 so I then decided to look for reviews and came across many negative reviews. I decided to wait and see before doing anything as I had paid through PayPal. I placed my order on the 21st August and it arrived today perfect with no customs charges!! The company could up their game with regards to communication instead of leaving customers to wonder what's going on and they shouldn't be disguised as a U.K based company but apart from that I had no problems at all, would gladly purchase from them again.

I purchased 1 item from what I thought was a UK company. The website is designed to look like a UK shopfront - however when the payment cleared through PayPal I was billed by "Stixie".

Stixie is a US company. Anything purchased through "Ella Gray" will be shipped from the US, and is subject to shipping times of 4-5 weeks (on average). Goods will also need to go through customs clearance, which adds not only more time onto the shipping times, but also means you will have to pay a customs fee in the UK - this is 100% the responsibility of the purchaser, and Ella Gray does not have to refund you for this, though if they were reputable you would know about this upfront.

I purchased via PayPal and have submitted a claim against Ella Gray as my goods are missing altogether.
