Product advertised as September delivery. Despite chasing and contacting an unprofessional customer service through Whatsapp, product was delivered almost 2 months late in November. Terrible customer service, will never use again. However, product was good upon late arrival, hence 2 stars.

I highly disagree with any comments on here saying their products are quality and that their customer service is great as I have received the complete opposite. They must have had friends/ family post fake reviews as i’ve just read their reviews on their Facebook page and they’re all 1 star and say that the products are terrible as is their customer service.
I received a product which was damaged on arrival. I asked for a replacement/ refund and posted the item back. They’re claiming it was further damaged on arrival so they won’t refund me.
Which is absolutely ridiculous as it was damaged when I received it in the first place.
Will not be using this company again.
Since ordering with them and looking for a replacement I have found their products selling for half the price on other websites so would highly recommend looking elsewhere and never using this company!

Terrible customer service, bought an expensive table which broke within six months of purchase and was told they only provide a guarantee for 30 days! To be avoided if you are looking for quality furniture, very disappointing.

Unknowingly ordered a metal firepit through them via Notonthehighsteet as a Christmas present to my husband. When he opened the box on Christmas Day, the item had huge cracks in it. It has taken me 2 weeks and numerous e-mails to get a refund. Ella James' customer service is non-existent. They even claimed not to have received the item back, when they were the ones who had arranged the return via UPS and had the tracking code telling them who it had been delivered to. Stay clear.

there is no way to apply a coupon code if you are ordering from he US. i thought it was because i was ordering off my phone but it still gave me no option to apply a discount code when i used my laptop.

Good products with quick delivery and responsive customer service.

TERRIBLE service. After 21 days and despite repeated promises of delivery the product was not sent. There was no record of it on TNT's system, no reponse from Ella James to my calls, no refund. I have had to open a Paypal case to get my money back.

I saw the Adorable Bunny Night lamp in a shop front in Venice while on holiday. I enquired about the price and was taken a little aback. So decided not to buy at this stage and try on line. It was not until I arrived back home in Australia that I was able to purchase, as there were significant security measures in place to protect my account from being accessed in other countries. It has arrived 14 after I returned home and I am thrilled. It was packed securely, and it looks delightful in our home.

Ordered a Macrame double swing seat.
No fixings included when received so checked site and, to be fair, not included.
however returned to site to purchase fixings and none available - seems an obvious error as the seat can't be used without fixings.
So now have to find elsewhere - not great1
