Items nothing like the photo's, they are just taking your money, try to return and the return address is China, not Double Bay , not NSW, not Australia. Stay clear !!

Very disappointed. Do not buy anything from this company—they are a scam. I made a purchase on 3rd March and have sent three emails to track my order, but no one has responded.

It has been more than a month, and I still haven’t received my purchase.

The product was not as portrayed, looks beautiful on line then is thick cheap polyester/different cut. Then the return process is so arduous and expensive it is clearly designed to deter anyone attempting it. Even though you are buying from Double Bay, supposedly, you have to post a return item to a warehouse in China and pay for it including import duties. They then think about whether you have met the return criteria and then have 30 days or more to refund your money……. So, Double Bay has nothing to do with it. They are shonky!!!!! $83 completely wasted.

My dress looked beautiful on line and it cost $79 . It arrived a month later and the disappointment was overwhelming. It was a cheap polyester dress with made in china on a tag inside it. It had loose threads and it looked cheap a nd nasty. They also claim to be an Australian business, bullshit..

Scam – do not order

I placed an order with Elle Double Bay through their website, which appears legitimate, but I never received the product.
I have had no response to multiple emails trying to follow up.

There has been no communication, no product, and no refund. Based on my experience, this company is not trustworthy and the website is misleading.

Beware – do not order from this company

This site is a rip off; I am disgusted that this company is able to advertise on Facebook. They wanted me to return the items I have purchased, and they want me to send them back to China, when they make out, they are in Australia. The quality of their clothing is shocking, cheaply made and sizing is shocking too.
How can we stop these companies ripping us off. They should be stopped by the government.

Disgusting, absolute scam. Not in Double Bay. Not in Australia. Total bull. They send from China and the clothes are terrible quality. Big rip off. Don't buy from them.

I thought this company was in Double Bay, Australia. I have to return everything I ordered to China. The quality is atrocious and nothing like what was advertised. Now, I have to return and pay for postage and tracking etc etc. Which they have advised will be expensive. Of course they tell you that and make you pay for it, hoping that it will be all too hard.

Do not use this company - complete fraud! The clothing is not even close to being as described and appalling quality.

They are not in Double Bay or closing down or any of their other lies - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
