Exploitative company with terrible customer service. I wish I had paid attention to the bad reviews before ordering. Unfortunately for me it is too late.

The silk is definitely high-quality, but I found the pants a little too long for my 5'2" height. Still, they feel amazing to wear.

Not real silk, only outside feels „silky“, inside is cheap fabric.
I did a burn test, real silk doesn’t burn that quickly. When washing (with hand) the fabric gets very crusty and hard. The package arrived from china in grey plastic package, the small separate packages unlabeled, ripped open, just like from alibaba - not luxurious at all. Imagine ordering a 150€ Pyjama and then receiving this…

Die Haube ist nur außen „seidig“, die Innenseite (wo die Haare reinkommen) ist billiges polyester, was brennt und beim Waschen ganz kratzig wird. Echte Seide brennt nicht sofort so stark. Das Paket kam aus China per dropshipping in einer aufgerissenen grauen Plastik Tüte, überhaupt nicht qualitativ und „luxuriös“, wie sie vorgeben zu sein.

Not silk! I paid several hundred dollars for two pairs of pajama bottoms and a turtle neck. The product that arrived was clearly polyester (I did the burn test) and very cheaply made. Single serged and not silk. This company is a scam and the “good” reviews are fake.

The company operates dishonestly and is based in China, despite listing prices in GBP, which can mislead customers into thinking the company is based in the UK.

I purchased a silk pajama set for £160, but it was not worth the price, and the size was too large. When I requested a refund, I had to pay £25 for the return shipping. Additionally, when the refund was processed, they deducted another £16.80 for shipping costs.

I guess if you lucky and like the product then ok, but if not it will be a costly mistake,

I really like Ellesilk pajamas. Great silk thickness, pleasant colours and they maintain their quality through multiple washes.

The items are manufactured in China and both shipped from and returned to China. The total cost of returns is approximately £30, and the return process is overly complicated. It requires printing and completing a detailed form, making the experience far from straightforward.

For a product with a premium price tag, this level of inconvenience is unacceptable. I would not purchase from this retailer again.

My package was shipped to the US, so I didn't encounter duty fees like others have mentioned. The silk dresses I got were exactly as expected. The only concern I had was that it took a while for the dresses to ship. It took them 9 days to notify me that the item shipped after I bought it. These days, that is a long time to not update the order status for simple items like this.

Very disappointed. Ordered from the German site thinking I’d receive an allready taxed product.
Instead I received a package delivered from China and with extra taxing from Fed-ex. Very disappointing and too expensive all in all, when the taxes are not included in the price.

The product is way too overpriced for what you get.

Don't buy from this company and don't give them your email.

Fast shipping, nice packaging and a quality product :)

I couldn’t be happier with the products I ordered from Elle Silk! My sister had told me I needed at least silk pillowcases for quite some time, but I never realized how nice they were until I visited her and slept on hers. I immediately ordered pillowcases, a camisole, and a shirt. They arrived more quickly than I expected and
I love them all. I will only sleep on the silk pillowcases now and have worn the cami and shirt multiple times. Now that I know how nice they are I plan to make another order soon.

I'm delighted with the quality of the fabric, the finish and style. Most of the silk pillow cases now in the market have zippers, and I much prefer the envelope closure style, which was impossible to find until I came across ElleSilk. The green color shades aren't exactly what I was looking for (sage green) but I bought them anyway in celadon and it ended up working fine. My only negative take is that the shipping costs are steep. All in all, it was a good purchase.

The sizing of all three pieces I ordered was inconsistent.

This was my first purchase. All very much liked. Good quality silk. Fast delivery.

The silk filled pillows by Ellesilk with the best ones compared to all other silk shops. Very fluffy and soft, keeps its structure over time.
Also all other products have a high quality standard and are worth their money.
I can highly recommend it!

Prompt customer service when trying to resolve an issue with a discount not applying, answering questions regarding their OEKO-tex rating (wasn’t cited on the website so I’d wanted to check, given I’ve very sensitive skin) and at every stage of dealing with them. I swear, the return email turnaround took about an hour each time, so hats off to their team.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the pillowcases and silk panties I’d bought from them. Very pleased overall.

ELLESILK is top quality silk! I have a silk pillow case and fitted sheet by different brands and I can tell the difference in quality; ELLESILK is definitely better. The color is beautiful and vibrant. I look forward to purchasing more luxury clothes and sheets from ELLESILK.
