Ellesse 

Ah Ellesse here we go again. I ordered a pair of joggers and sent it back for an exchange like 2 weeks ago and recently I got an email showing that the new size I requested is out of stock. Now the funny thing is they emailed me after a long time and then told me, at one point I even thought they didn't even wanna send out the new size to me, not happy at all.

Ordered 4 items on line that was showing in stock. Wasnt until 5 days later that I was emailed saying 3 of the items were out of stock. Item that was sent out seemed flimsy and cheap. Would not have paid full price. Used to be a decent brand in 80's now very poor.

This was my first online purchase from Ellesse, the website offered a discount code which was a bonus, I ordered a dress and bags, the items arrived very quickly and tracking was easy. Loved everything I ordered

Trainers arrived in a box that looked really old and damaged. I tried them on in the house, indoors only and they were too big and frankly really cheap looking with low quality materials. I returned them immediately, the stickers were still on the soles. I got an email saying they were unable to accept them as they had be worn! Absolutely ridiculous and categorically not true. If I were you I would buy your trainers from a proper retailer or Nike or Adidas. Never again - AVOID.

I recently bought an ellesse coat, within a few weekS the stitching started coming apart, the zip keeps getting stuck, and the material it is made of is very weak, very Disappointed as I love the style of it.

This is the worst customer service I have experiences and we have a big family so I have been ordering Christmas presents for many weeks now. The delivery given is 3-5days this was over 9days over and even when I spoke to customer service who sad "its weird" its with the warehouse, I still received no update. I am NEVER ordering from them EVER, I wish I had read the previous ratings before blindly going ahead, as it stands still no items and no feedback either from Phone Call or email..whoever runs their customer service department should be either sacked or given a full retrain

This Website still haven’t sent me a order number or haven’t shipped my order I’ve been waiting a while now this is terrible i don’t understand , they don’t even have a contact #

sizes are all wrong lm4o why

Bought a Ellesse heritage hoodie,sizing is off a lot,i normally wear L and wrist on this is like 3cm off,not next to hand as it's meant to be.
The hoodie doesn't have a shape it's just like a XXL size but it's a L.
Quality is okay but sizing is terrible,TERRIBLE!

Order some t-shirt for 3-5 day delivery but got it only after 23 days. Soo quite bad service because I made request for refund after they didn’t deliver on time..

Terrible brand. Awful quality. Cheap finish, Sizing is ALL over the place. Wrist are made for babies. No shape or loses it pretty quickly. Very poor quality and no wonder why the brand is going down very soon.... I was given samples and actual clothes from their shop. jumpers, trousers, shorts, sandals shoes,... I wouldn't even wear them for FREE. It is just awful products and what a rip off for the price! Honestly, I wish I could say something good about this brand but they are just horrible and have no idea of Fashion work.

Do not, and I repeat, do not order from the states directly from their website. I made a purchase over a week ago and they never sent me a tracking number. I requested that the situation would be attended to right away and no response. Also, if you don’t have the product because it cannot be tracked without a tracking number nor did it ever arrived there is no link on their site to navigate to asked for the funds to be returned.

Terrible customer service.

Very fast and nice service. I received the jacket efter a week in Denmark.

Received a decent jumper - material is soft and washes up well. Definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 jackets as was unsure of size needed, large and extra large both arrived on time , great quality, light weight jackets but still warm for cool summer days . I returned the large, my son is quite broad, it fitted but was a bit snug! I received credit for same very promptly. Would certainly recommend online shopping with Ellesse!

Even being an international delivery it arrived pretty fast, I’m really happy with my order
