I ordered 3 items from the Ellesse website. A t-shirt, hoodie and joggers. Placed order on the 26th January with 48hr tracked delivery. I received an email stating my items had been dispatched on the 29th January. I then received another email on the 31st of January telling me one of my items was out of stock and a refund for that item had been issued. I received the remaining 2 items on the 2nd of February. So the 48hr delivery was actually 7 days and the 2nd email I received telling me my items were despatched was not true. Items did arrive in good condition and the free keyring was a nice wee touch. I need to order more stuff but I am hesitant due to the long delivery time and finding out that an item was out of stock last minute. Maybe a choice of alternative hoodies in the email instead of a straight refund would have been more helpful. Refund was quick which is good.
