I bought a course during their Black Friday promo but forgot to enter the BF30 code. I reached out immediately, and instead of honoring their own discount, they hid behind “all sales are final” and said their system “can’t” do partial refunds – which, as a business owner of 12 years, I find very hard to believe. They forced a store credit I don’t want, refused a simple $40 refund, and told me the matter is closed. This feels extremely dishonest, inflexible, and VERY scammy to me. I will never buy from them again and would strongly WARN others do not buy from these scammers too! They hide behind these accounts on Instagram: @ginnyfears, @laurahaleydt. they post daily on these accounts to funnel people in so their company can continue to scamming people. DO NOT fall for it.

I purchased this course a couple of weeks ago, even though it was way above my budget, because I truly believed it would be a worthwhile investment. I’ve been following these two ladies on Instagram for some time, and I’ve always found their content inspiring and motivating. Their videos radiate success, and that’s what convinced me to enroll — I expected to gain valuable, actionable education directly from them.

Unfortunately, the course did not meet my expectations. While I was eager to learn proven Instagram tactics and brand knowledge , the material felt underwhelming and left me feeling disappointed rather than empowered. For the high cost, I anticipated deeper insights, strategies, and personalized guidance that matched the value they project online, but the reality fell short.

I still admire their work on Instagram, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this course for the price point.

This course is a scam. It’s clearly something thrown together in a rush just to say “there’s a product.” The content is shallow, repetitive, and offers zero practical value. There are free YouTube videos that teach far more — and better.

The promised guidance on content, lighting, and equipment? Nowhere to be found. The “irresistible hooks” look like they were generated by AI with no thought or real expertise.

The no-refund policy is strategically hidden — not made clear before purchase, just buried in the small print. Only after buying did I see the many similar complaints here. This isn’t bad luck. It’s a pattern.

On top of that, I didn’t even receive a proper invoice with my tax number, which is just illegal.

The price is absurd for something this basic. Do not waste your money.

can’t belive how much IGA has helped me! I was litrally so frustrated with Instagram like nothing I did worked, and I was ready to just give up. Then I bought their IGA, and WOW. Now I’m gaining 20-50 followers every single day, and creating content feels fun again. I’m actually exited to post, and it’s so much easier now. Seriously, if you’re struggling, you NEED this in your life. Total game changer!

They sell a course for reels for 200€ that only covers the basic, uses outdated material (They don't even update the videos when the Instagram UI changes) The total length of videos is one hour and does not go in depth or anything. If you have ever created a reel in your life before you don't need this course. I am so disappointed. I told them that constructively and they do not care. And of course, no refunds. Save your money!

I purchased a course for 200€ and it was very basic. Just 1h of content. Nothing new nothing „gamechanging“ just very basic information. When I reached out to let them know they just said: sorry no refund policy.

I've been in other WAAAAAY higher investment programs before and honestly, they didn't help me as much as IBA.
Often the part that most coaches or programs miss out on is implementation. And that is what I feel is so good about IBA. Ginny and Laura have laid out IBA in a way that helps us take action...which then gets results.

The IBA course is amazing and was just the push and focus I needed to get going. The course is jam packed with easy to digest content that will clarify all those grey areas that you have when trying to figure out everything by yourself by watching youtube videos. IBA guides you through step-by-step and gave me the confidence to build my coaching business. I signed my first client while only having 75 followers on my new IG account! Totally worth the investment!

Mind blowing course. Getting lots of positive feedback from everyone - including friends and I've gained 100 new followers ( I had a small following to begin with)

I took the IBA course by Elle Synergy and its been amazing to up my Instagram game! I also did a couple of 1:1 sessions with Ginny and she's super helpful and a true social media and marketing expert!

Ginny and Laura are honest, genuine and experienced coaches. As a result the course is full of clear instructions and easy to follow steps and with genuine useful ways to get started. I would and have recommended Elle Synergy to friends and colleagues.

The Go Viral Reel mini course is 100000% worth your time and money. I bought the course because I needed a strategy to start making reels and I learned so much more than that. Laura and Ginny gave amazing tips and tricks for your reels, I created my first reel shortly after purchasing the course and it reached over 2,000 views in a couple minutes! Love it!

I absolutely loved this course. So many nuggets of wisdom! Highly recommend if you're looking to up your Reels game!!

I enrolled in their IBA program and have gotten so much value from all of the modules! Everything is well thought out and easy to follow :)

Elle Synergy helped this product-based biz right here to build up my branding. Being part of the circle was pretty tricky but these guys just really help you out and they are very open to give opinions on how to build your business. Every small detail I don’t know how to go about with my biz, these are my IG go-to.

If I hadn’t stumbled upon their instagrams, I probably would not be able to build a strong foundation for my branding.

If you want to learn how to build and grow a successful service-based business with Instagram, IBA academy is the go-to accelerator. Laura and Ginny are true experts and teach you how to adapt to the constantly evolving business environment on Instagram where posting quotes and selfies no longer work.

The women at Elle Synergy really know their stuff. I used their reels guide to make just two reels and they’ve both gotten significantly more views than past reels I’ve done (from my typical 150 or 200 to up to 1500). And those are even promoting other reels I had that didn’t do so well at first! I’ve also gotten more followers from this than I have in a while. I was hesitant to buy but am SO glad I did.

I took Laura’s and Ginny’s course on reels, and I loved it so much! It’s very clear and fun to watch. As an artist I had to be a little more creative to suit some of the content ideas to my industry but the course is totally helpful to you fellow artists! I highly recommend following them on Instagram, as they give amazing tips/hacks on a daily basis!
