Lack of transparency - adding scent to mouth tape product without public awareness
I have been buying their mouth tape for the past 1.5 years, however the last three buys I've noticed a strong scent on their mouth tape. To me it smelled like tea tree oil. I had to return each product and sometimes would get a product without the scent.
The fourth time I received a scented mouth tape product from Ellicit Gmbh I decided to send them an email expressing my confusion and displeasure. It turns out that they changed their mouth tape product to include a eucalyptus scent, WITHOUT informing the public via their Amazon shop, website or social media channels. I am extremely upset they've decided to do this without sharing this new important information. It is currently no where on their amazon, website or social media pages. Someone could be allergic or sensitive to eucalyptus and have a reaction! I cannot support a company that is not transparent with their customers.
