Most companies take your money when you have received the product. This company takes it straight away. This company does not respond to emails. The tracking after ten days is still with the company. I have started to claim my money back
Cheap tat.....lesson learned
Unlike a lot of others I have received the rings ordered but they are cheap tat. one fits & one doesn't. I should have known, if it looks too good to be true it usually is. I knew as soon as I'd placed the order that I'd made a big mistake....chalked up to experience.
I ordered two grandson bracelets
I ordered two grandson bracelets. They both arrived with the same name engraved on them Jack and not jack and Charlie. They were way to small and not adjustable. The company refused to refund money but offered 30 dollars to re buy another one. They said I had to purchase extenders from them at my expense. People had said you have to purchase several to make them fit. My Grandsons Birthdays have passed and I want a refund. They have refused to give me one as they say the bracelets are personalised and can't be returned. £45 For 2 bracelets we can't use. I feel the company should tell people they are none returnable once
engraved and can't be adjusted unless you purchase extenders .

I hope my grandson appreciates the trouble it took to get here.

Just received the bracelet after a 2 week wait. Bought for my grandsons 18th birthday but this bracelet does not even fit my 12 year old.so small and no size adjuster..really disappointed after the long wait so now destined for the bin as it was engraved.dreadful

I would give zero stars if able. Web site states 4-7 days worldwide delivery, 9 days and my item is still in China!! The customer service team deserve a gold medal in platitudes!! I'm worried I have been waiting 6days for my grandsons bracelet,how long do we usually have to wait I am sure when it arrives I will be pleased.
Poor quality product and terrible customer service
I tried to cancel my order within the 24hr window as per their policy on their website. I never received confirmation of my order or notification of shipping or dispatch. They refused to honour their cancellation policy saying they had already shipped the order. I responded citing the above and have received no response. The Highs and Lows Ring for Daughter with ‘Love from Mum’ Engraving ring arrived and it’s such poor quality - feels like cheap plastic and it’s not engraved. Complete waste of money. So disappointed with the product and their lack of communication and customer service.

Be warned - I am very disappointed
BE AWARE that the pieces they say are for grandchildren are WAY too big for their tiny wrists. Very poor and misleading advertising.
