for a copper bracelet. I am writing to request an immediate cancellation of this order and a full refund to my original payment method.
This order was placed under the false impression that your products are handcrafted locally by an artisan UK family business, as described on your website. I have since discovered that your orders are dispatched from overseas fulfillment warehouses in China. Due to this misleading marketing regarding the origin and production of the item, I do not wish to proceed with the purchase.
As the order was placed very recently and has not yet been delivered, please process this cancellation immediately before dispatch.
Please confirm once the full refund has been issued.

I think I will probably lose my money :( because the jewellery looks to be pure copper but cheap plated on metal.
