They overcharged me for 2 flats via an agent experience invest

I trusted them but far too high a price
Now the company has liquidated. I'm without any remedy. I would like overcharged money back as a fat cat got it via deception

very poor company to work with. they have poor service delivery and extremely poor clientele if you are looking for a company or an investment group that you can depend on they would be at the very bottom of my list. a company that is responsible for dismantling man united football club as well as ac milan

Thanks to lawless, experience invest and their cronies I’ve lost my life savings of £130k!!!!! They’re a close knit group in Elliot lawlesses circle and their actions have resulted in countless property ventures entered into by thousands of innocents going bust! They never lose out and just move onto the next scam . Do not touch an Elliot lawless property projext as there is an enormous chance that you will lose an awful lot of money with no legal Avenue in thr uk to recoup 75% of what you invested ! Think long and hard unless you like gambling that is!

Like so many others on here I've been scammed out of thousands £s in one of Lawless's schemes. He takes advantage of the fact that most investor are overseas and are isolated, unable to put up any resistance to his actions and lies. I made it my mission to get as many investors together to bring this crook down as our only strength is in numbers in a united front. Anyone looking for advice or support search for "Elliot Group Investor Community" or in my case "Wolstenholme Square Liverpool Investors" and join with us to stop this crook and not let him steal the life savings of more hard working people. I urge you to write to the council to complain how he can still be allowed to operate, you can write to the mayor at Liverpool Council by searching "contact the mayor-Liverpool City Council, don't let him continue to get away with this.

I lost £127k investing in a Elliot lawless scheme The Residence Manchester. My life savings are all gone. The scheme went into administration after investors money was mismanaged and significantly £3.6 m was also transferred from one of his schemes to another without any agreement he could do this from the investors. Only a small fraction of the invested funds was used for what it was intended for ie for build purposes. The whole thing was one big scam.

Very poor management and not professional with service .. no one answers the questions and no transference in the investment plan.
Very disappointed
