If possible I would give a negative start. They are very good when you have to pay the beds but do not even think about the existence of a customer service. The promise in their website is a fraud, once you have the bed it is on you , like it or not, right or wrong. No communication at all after 10 emails, WhatsApp and calls (never answered). Awful

Ordered samples that have taken a month to arrive. Communication was poor wrote several emails to them which they ignored, thankfully I found out how bad there customer service was via ordering samples so I’ve avoided them for the bed purchase

After a slip up with the courier service, I received a discount on my mattress for the inconvenience.
Adam and Jamie are considerate, efficient, and decent with customers to resolve any customer issues.
Fantastic mattress too!

Disgusted by this company. Our bed order was never fulfilled and communication was ignored. Tried asking for a refund as we waited for too long for a reply. Attempted calling daily (no one picks up), emailed several times and used their WhatsApp function. They never got back to me with answers or a solution. Ended up having to rely on my credit card company’s insurance policy.

The mattress was very good well pleased but after sales customer service is rubbish I’ve phoned twice left my number no reply back I’ve emailed 3 times if not more the mattress was 1 1/2” inches to big and the ottoman bed frame wouldnt close because the mattress was to long I had to get the foot board cut down by someone who knew what they was doing so it would close properly and rest on the footboard so I was disappointed as no one got back to me

The first bed I received looked brilliant but had a very odd smell that didn't fade, thankfully they were quite responsive and sent a replacement quickly, but gave no warning that it was coming (an issue in itself). However, the new bed lacks the same level of quality the first one had, the finish is sloppier, it looks and feels uneven, the two separate ottomans seem to be slightly different in measurement, and when I tried to communicate this, Adam from customer service gaslit me by saying nothing was wrong with the bed, when there are visible differences. They are now not responding to me. It's very disappointing all things considered.

Elliots beds are pretending to be a professional company. They really want to be but lack customer service and ottoman bed quality is questionable as the gas struts are not strong enough to support the super king size and there are these weird material straps to pull the bed up that were not shown in the photos. I also have 2 different lengths as obviously no uniform sizes due to beds hand made, maybe?
From ordering swatches that took weeks to arrive, to phone lines not working, not answering on Facebook and currently the 0800 number doesn’t work and WhatsApp they are not answering.
On a Facebook post they told me they would send me new stronger gas struts and even called me to confirm this. but of course they never arrived. Then when I did manage to contact them they said 2x they would get them resent. It’s been 2 months now and they are now ignoring my texts to ask if they will send.
You take a risk ordering from them basically.

Purchased a bed from here 2 weeks ago and have not been able to get in touch with them ever since and have had no update on when the bed will arrive. Worried it’s a scam or something now?!

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

The original delivery was cancelled at 4am via text message with virtually no notice, and when the bed finally arrived it was damaged and incomplete.

Issues included:
- Cracked frame
- Split side panel
- Missing bolts required to assemble the ottoman base
- Exposed pins sticking out of the base which cut my hand during assembly

The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of customer service afterwards. I have contacted Elliots Beds multiple times via email, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, provided photos of the damage, and have still not received any acknowledgement or response.

Despite this, I have continued receiving automated emails asking me to leave reviews, which honestly says a lot about where customer care sits in their priorities.

The bed was not cheap, and with my partner currently pregnant we needed a safe and usable setup without the stress of chasing responses across multiple platforms.

I would still welcome contact from the company to resolve the matter, but based on my experience so far I cannot recommend them.

The delivery team were really nice careful and on time and I love my headboard and am showing it to everyone

Excellent item as described on their website. I was looking for a storage bed and this one came up. Because of the price of the otterman I couldn't resist it. I was called to be informed of delivery date, then closer the time. They arrived earlier than expected within the time frame. They were accommodating with where to put it. It was easy to put together. Fantastic price, communication and delivery!! I'm very happy with my bed. Highly recommend.

Just terrible. Firstly wrong order delivered. Customer care if it exists is pathetic e mails texts on what’s app ignored. Finally correct order is delivered asked them to take matress away. No another team will collect. More ignored what’s app and e mails. I have a matress sitting on my landing and no one telling me when it will be collected a very dissatisfied customer.

I have now recieved my bed and am very happy with what I got. My frustration was with customer service. I needed help with selecting the colour and got zero response. I also had a delivery that only delivered the base, the matress sent was to small. The delivery drivers spoke very little english so communicated was really difficult. I repeatedly asked elliot beds via email abd whatsapp when the matress was to be redelivered. The response was extreemly slow and I was worried that I was not going to get what I had paid for. Really good product hampered by poor customer service.

This is a lovely bed for the price. I really didn't expect such good quality! The people who delivered were very polite and courteous and on time. Altogether a satisfactory experience which I would recommend.

Everything was as it should be. Nice mattress my back feels better already.

Product and deluvery as described

Very happy with my purchase. Excellent quality and very impressive that it’s made in Yorkshire and made to individual order . Also states the materials and construction. Delivered on time . Very reasonably priced for such quality too .
