Ellipal Support team is great and so is the X-Card
Have been using Titan for several years and now XCard. The products have been really fantastic! I ran into a couple of minor issues regarding network transactions and the Ellipal support team was really quick to respond and resolve the issue with great communication. Americans tend to have an issue with Ellipal being made in Hong Kong but the products are so secure and trusted and the support team is great!
Ps highly recommend the X Card its so user friendly

CAUTION
CAUTION! Please never use such shady wallets. I’ve now seen how some people lost their cryptos because apparently you can set up a hot wallet with ELLIPAL. And if you don’t know that… Why the hell would I buy a cold wallet just to set up a hot wallet??? Stay away from such companies and only buy from well-known, truly secure ones.

I’ve been an Ellipal wallet holder for year and have never had any issues. My first issue happened where I couldn’t see tokens I transferred to my cold wallet. I sent email(s) to Ellipal support and they walked me through troubleshooting and resolved my issue! Great job staying with it until resolution

I had a serious scare with my ELLIPAL…
I had a serious scare with my ELLIPAL hardware wallet where my main account in the mobile app wasn’t syncing with the hardware wallet itself. The addresses didn’t match, and every attempt to transfer funds failed with “inconsistent transaction/signature account” errors. At one point, it seemed like my main account wasn’t even secured by the hardware wallet at all, which was alarming since it held most of my funds.
After reaching out to ELLIPAL support, they guided me through verifying my seed phrase and properly recovering my wallet. It turned out the problem was tied to how the account had been imported and the need to rely on the correct seed phrase for full recovery. Once I re-entered it correctly, the hardware wallet synced perfectly, and I regained access to my funds.
This experience taught me how important it is to store and use your passphrase accurately because the wallet’s security model depends on it. In the end, the system worked exactly as designed, and my funds stayed safe. I appreciate ELLIPAL’s support team for helping me through a stressful situation.
Highly recommend ELLIPAL for its security and for standing by its users when issues come up.
