Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This is another of those companies that claim to be in the UK (family business fallen on hard times must sell everything — sound familiar?) but ships goods from China.
Stupidly, I bought a coat from this "company" on the 17th January. Tracking showed it coming from China. Still, as of 6th Feb, it hasn't arrived. I made a fuss and got a refund. Then I contacted customer support about what to do with the coat if it does arrive, and the support email doesn't seem to work anymore.
As far as I'm concerned the order has been cancelled because of their illegal practices (misrepresentation, false advertising etc). If they want the coat back, they'll have to pay return costs.
Edit: The coat arrived. It's made from poor quality, thin felt-like material. The item only bears a passing resemblance to the coat in the images on the website.
