Inaccurate size chart and impossible return policy
The dress I ordered arrived a full 6 inches smaller in all areas than what was listed in the size chart (3 full sizes smaller, not just "runs small"). When I told the company they sent the wrong size they said they sent the biggest size available. Did not say anything about the dress being 6 inches smaller than advertised. When I asked to return I was told that I could return it for a full refund but that all international shipping charges to send it back to China would be my responsibility including duties and fees and that there was a chance it wouldn't clear customs at all. I would only receive my refund after paying all of that and only if it actually arrived and in the same condition it was shipped. If I didn't want to go through that, I could accept 50% in store credit or a 15% refund and keep the dress. I decided to cut my losses and take the 15%. If they aren't trying to scam people into buying things they can't use, then they should update their size charts to accurately represent the clothes.
