The service offered by the Staff (especially Mitch / the owner’s son) was second to none.
Impeccable advice in the first place led to a perfect choice for an Entertainment Centre and TV stand.
There was one small issue with their supplier which was dealt with efficiently, promptly and politely.
I cannot fault EllisHome and the quality of their products: they will be my first port-of-call from now on.

Excellent company to order your furniture from Dining furniture and leather electric recliner sofas). Mich has a very professional and helpful approach. Always communicated quickly and kept me upto date with the delivery dates. The delivery company used for my sofas were also excellent. I paid extra for them to be constructed upstairs and they were very careful in not marking the walls, they even took their shoes off 🙂

2nd Purchase and another high quality product

I purchased a dining table and bench which both stained instantly. I received no pre care instructions but the table was not treated and stained terribly.
I take very good care of my things always cleaning and you only have to put a hand on the table and it stains.
Company refused to take any responsibility and so I’m left with a completely ruined table and bench that looks so awful I’m going to have to replace. A waste of over £1000.

After finding the perfect table and sideboard at a larger department store I started my search to nab the best price - up came Ellis Home Interiors - one of the items was on back order but Mitch kept me updated and all items were swiftly delivered by the delivery partner to the right room.
Great service great price - will definitely order in future.

We have just taken delivery of our dining chairs and they are just the ones we wanted. I first found the chairs with another company who turned out not to be very helpful at all. I then sourced them at Ellis Home Interiors and the experience thanks to Mitch was the complete opposite. He has helped so much to ensure we had our delivery to in a short time frame even communicating with suppliers and couriers. Ellis Interiors and Mitch certainly understand what good customer is. From the time I placed my order I was kept up to date with progress, and when the order was shipped, the delivery crew also kept me informed. The crew were pleasant and efficient. I ordered a desk chair expecting it to take between 5 & 14 days to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised but extremely happy when I saw an email that same evening stating it was to be delivered via APC overnight the next day.
Not only was I kept up to date with a delivery time, the chair was packed really well & arrived in pristine condition.
