Great customer service - originally they said 7-10 working days and they apologised but said they couldn't improve it, so imagine my surprise when my order turned up 2 working days later! Found a cabinet on their website £80 cheaper than Dunelm where I was originally looking.

Good value items, shipped reliably in the timeframes quoted. Courier happily brought heavy items upstairs and gave a courtesy call 30 minutes out, very satisfied.

Beautiful console table at an excellent price. Huge saving for the same product compared to John Lewis and Next. I had to phone the company with a couple of questions. The call was answered promptly and my queries dealt with immediately. Excellent delivery service too.

I ordered a side table from Ellis Home Interiors and couldn’t be happier. The table arrived earlier than scheduled and was well packaged with good communication. The item was also the best price that I could find online. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would use most certainly use them for future purchases.

I found them extremely helpful when I made a mistake with my order. They reimbursed me immediately. I ordered the chairs I wanted and it was dealt with at a good price and was delivered early. All in all a very good experience and I would certainly use them again.

Beautiful table delivered within 14 days

It’s always a worrying prospect when you see an item suspiciously cheaper. However, I took the chance. Saw them first in John Lewis and noticed they were actually made by Gallery Direct, who only sell to trade and not direct to customer. Despite the bedside tables having a different name on Ellis Home, they’re the exact same ones in John Lewis and from Gallery Direct, only almost a third off! JL £299, EH £212. The van came and it was a Gallery Direct lovely van. Couldn’t be happier. Saved me almost £190 for the two. Highly recommended.
