Sent wrong product. Took forever to sort it out with customer service. Asked me to fix it myself by packing and shipping the wrong product back and re-order the product again.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I purchased from the site et the parcel went to some city then returned to their locals. They refunded me without any explanation. AND took money for the delivery! To summarize, I didn’t get my purchase and lost 20 euros!!! I really hope you lose business.

Easy to shop
Everything is clearly communicated on website. Product are as they look and if I have a problem with a product I can easily return. I have been shopping quite a bit from them and never had a problem.
