Not satisfied at all
Not satisfied at all. 1st order I had came missing a chair. Second order came in a wrong collor and the delivery company left the item 200m far from my door, 3rd order came again in wrong color compared to the color on website (came white while in the website it looked beige). Plus, it was really difficult to deal with the custom service (except to few of them) as they could not fix the issues with payment, transportation, understanding of my pain and etc.

this store have REALISTIC promotions!!
I can't give 5 stars to a store that is not fast enought, but this store send my stuff perfectly packed, and I get a cupom off 20%, their website could do better with the pictures and description, A LOT better, but the purchcase was easy, fast, and I get all on my email very fast in a clear way, thats good! The best part for me is that they have REALISTIC promotions and dont do this sh.it member klubb to force u to subscribe for sms in exchange to get discount, they just GIVE the discount, thats how it is supposed to be, and the cupom numbers are easy to see, their website works, so I am glad so far, I find some XS size, if I find more XS/32 sizes I will order more for sure!

Charging return delivery and restocking even if you never used the item and returning it coz it didn’t fit! Not shopping again!!! Thank you for your excuses! It’s still not a good excuse if customers are returning unused items because of wrong sizes. Will shop in Zalando then! Thanks!
