Fast shipping & The Right Size
The item I ordered came super fast even with standard shipping which was super nice since I wanted it for a trip and didn't have a lot of time beforehand. Definitely took a risk ordering it with little time, but it worked out well! The email receipts and package notifications were helpful to keep track of my package & overall I love the item! I used the size chart on the website to figure out what size I would need and it helped because the item fit perfectly. They also sent another coupon in the package which I thought was kind as well.

Pathetic and customer looting strategy of forcing paying 50kr for exchange. I suffer from a foot problem and wanted to exchange size because of my medical insoles but ofcourse the company would not support pr acknowledge it.
Such companies should also market the hidden costs as they market their fake sales.
Highly disappointed, first and last sale with Ellos for sure!!
