It's a brand I can trust that they will deliver high quality products. Discounts are often super generous and the delivery process took a very short time.
Excellent Customer Service. Works better on call compared to online chat. The product is beautiful too but had a strange design error which we managed to fix somehow.

Very late updates for returns and…
Very late updates for returns and charging the customer when it was a return of item. The sizes are too small 42 h&m fits me but you dress 42,44,46 don't fit me. I even got 44 on your dress.

Good customer service but misleading size info
The customer service is fine, no complaints. But what I didn't like is that there is a table with the sizes for Ellos collection and I followed this table for an Ellos coat and it was totally wrong, it was very big for me. Then I changed it to a smaller size which according to the table would be small for me and it was again very big. I think a correct size table is missing because in my case not only was misleading but I payed the return frakt twice. Other than that, the process was smooth
