Elma is so nice, genuine, and full of knowledge about luxury handbags. She is great about replying to my messages and providing any pictures I asked for. All the pictures are sharp and professional. I’ve been following TheGuruEdits on instagram for awhile but this is my first time pulling the trigger.
After seeing Elma’s story for some sneak peeks of the newly added items, I immediately reached out to her. Timezone was not the obstacle at all even I live in the other coast of the country.
Elma is so professional and responsive, she’s patiently answered all questions and she didn’t mind to provide as much as possible of photos and details when you requested. Plus, there was no hard sales, or forceful convincing to get you to buy the items and that left me true comfort to splurge massive dollars on something I desire.

For the shipment process, she keeps you updated continuously and there is confirmation to make you feel relieved that something you love is surely on the way safely and quickly.

when the package arrived, the bag is exactly in the condition that matches with Elma’s description! And it gave me the big smile on my face!

Tips to whoever out there who is considering to make the purchase with Elma, please feel free to ask her every single question that you need to and ask for photos as much as you want, even Elma is not trying to hide the flaws of the preloved bags, but that might help with your decision, and prevent you from blaming yourself (and Elma) in case something was overlooked.

Lastly, I’m truly happy with my business with Elma and TheGuruEdits, and getting this bag from her has reduced a lot of headaches from me trying to get it myself directly from the brand. Thanks Elma!

Yes, it can get a bit worrisome when it’s your first time doing a big purchase straight from IG but it was different with guruEDIT. Elma’s knowledgeable and honest on disclosing the condition of the bag. She’s very accomodating and responsive with all the questions. Overall the experience was pleasant, seamless and fast. It’ll definitely be my go to shop for preloved bags aside from Japan.

I had never dabbled in pre-loved luxury market before this purchase and boy I am glad Elma was the seller on the other end! I was quite nervous doing this whole deal online, fully aware many things could go wrong. I found Elma through an influencer. After checking out one of Elma’s Instagram show replay video I liked the quality of her bags and thought her prices were quite a bit better than other platforms/sellers. Elma was very experienced in guiding me through my choices (of her available bags), and a perfect bag for me quickly emerged. Although she came with original Chanel authentication card and guruEDIT’s certificate, I still wanted a Zeko authentication just to be extra secure. So Elma worked late into the night to submit micro detailed photos and videos Zeko required. Payment was smooth and the bag was shipped out the very next day. Normally this would be where the review end by saying Elma is the best, my experience couldn’t be smoother... But in my case it didn’t end there - 2 days into my bag’s journey we noticed she wasn’t tracking and couple days more later Elma and I both realized UPS had lost track of my perfect bag! Now here is where the integrity of a seller sets her apart from others - I told Elma I would wait with her for UPS’s full 15-business-day investigation, however Elma issued me a full refund! While dealing with claim on UPS’s front Elma still showed me other bags, she even checked out a bag on another platform (where she wouldn’t get her fee) just in case I shouldn’t miss out on that one! That’s when I fully recognized how Truly Amazing of a person Elma Is! And I knew I was going to stick with her till the bitter end lol. BUT this story is a happy ending for ALL! - UPS tracked down the package (Elma and I were both shocked) and they returned it to Elma in perfect condition, the bag was undisturbed! (UPS deserves a Chanel metal don’t you think?) I received my perfect bag 2 days ago (this 2nd time around Elma and I decided on overnight shipping with extra insurance) After 3 weeks of traveling she is still every bit of perfect Elma said she was/is and she makes me smile. I can’t imagine going through all the drama with anyone else, Elma will be my go to for sure.

Fantastic experience purchasing from Elma! I immediately fell in love with a Chanel piece that she had just received and posted to her stories.
