The first time, I bought a Valorant account that was advertised as Iron 3 with all agents unlocked and around 20 skins. After the purchase, the seller tried to give me a completely different account with terrible skins and missing agents. None of the accounts they offered were even close to the original listing. After almost 48 hours of arguing with support and the seller, they finally agreed to refund me — but only as store credit on the E24 website.

Since I didn’t want to wait 8 business days for a real bank refund, I decided to try buying another account using the credits. This time the transaction at least completed, but once again I received a completely different account than the one I paid for. I originally paid for an account with better skins, more agents, and a higher rank, but the seller offered me something much worse instead. At that point I was tired of dealing with support, so I accepted it.

The account worked for only 3 days before the original owner recovered it and changed all the login details. Support was completely useless. The whole situation took another 4 days to deal with, and in the end they still couldn’t recover the account or replace it with a similar one. Once again, they only refunded me in E24 credits.

And here’s the worst part:

They do NOT refund the taxes/fees you paid during purchase.
If you want to withdraw the refunded balance back to your bank account, they take another 10% fee.

So after all this, you lose both your account AND part of your money.

If you want to buy gaming accounts, buy literally anywhere else. This is by far the worst marketplace experience I’ve ever had.

Payed for 2 lots of win duo queue boosts, but my account got flagged and account restricted and my rank reset.
The accounts being used to boost are easily flagged by riot.
Really bad support, they wouldn't do anything about it. Essentially you pay this site for the boost, they use accounts that riot easily detects, you lose your rank and get account restricted and this site keeps your money. Pretty much a lose a lose situation.
Even during the boosting as well, the boosters tend to tilt really easily and flame team mates even in the first few minutes of the game.
