I bought a crimson chest with a 14-day…

I bought a crimson chest with a 14-day wait, 6 days have already passed and my chest is still on hold for 14 days, I do not recommend this page, it seems like a rip-off, I found this page by recommendation. I want them to solve my problem and leave this market.
