Order took longer, Friendly Staff
Edit: Website messaged me after my feedback and apologized. I was also able to play 2 free games with a booster + coaching. Nice and friendly staff and booster. (My acc also had a leaver penalty that got triggered, so that was my fault) Will definitely order again.
"Order took 5 days longer then promised.
Order option (F: Flash) was ignored.
Settings got changed which is fine but they then didn't change them back. I obviously didn't screenshot them so I can now go through them all and try to get them somewhat normal."

Unable to understand simple english
Placed order today for 5 wins with priority. I left a simple note in the order to not have my account be used to duo with order clients. The booster and support didn't understand the note and tried to make me pay extra for solo only.
"Also I am checking on your notes that you asked "no duo with clients", please keep in mind that the Invisible mode (no duos at all) is an extra cost of 15%, which you did not select"
After clearing up the misunderstanding, the booster dropped the order. I only found out after asking support, as on the site you are unable to see if your order has a boosted assigned very poor UI.
When asking why it's taking so long for them to start the order, the support said "Ok, we'll have a booster as soon as possible then :)" then said "Let me know if you have a real question"
At that point I no longer wanted to use their service. I highly recommend not using this site as the UI isn't up to par with others and the support staff is rude.

Due to constantly harassing and calling our staff slurs, we cancelled your order and refunded you. At no point was anyone rude towards you.
We often fulfill even paid features like "only solo", and give extra wins for our clients for completely free, but not with communication like this.
