I am writing this review to share my experience and to warn others. We had a formal contract with this company which clearly stated 30% advance payment and 70% payment on delivery.
I sent the goods earlier. Now he does not pay after the goods arrive. He is neither answering me nor attending my calls. He has blocked me in everything now. Now I advise everyone not to do any deal with il Capo vintage kilo and El Patron vintage wholesale company. This is a huge fraud company.

Unpaid balance after delivery – extremely unprofessional conduct

I am writing this review to warn others based on my real business experience with this company.

We had a clear commercial agreement: 30% advance payment and 70% payable within 30 days after delivery. The goods were exported and delivered successfully in full compliance with the agreement. Despite this, the company has not paid the remaining balance of €4,979, even though more than three months have passed since delivery.

After receiving the goods, communication completely stopped. They failed to share any promised import documents, provided no payment timeline, and offered no explanation for the delay. Eventually, they stopped replying, blocked me on communication channels, and removed me from the business group.

Based on my experience, EI Patron Vintage Wholesale, along with their associated partners Il Capo Vintage Kilo and SP Vintage Wholesale, showed a serious lack of professionalism and accountability in this transaction.

This lack of transparency caused significant financial and business difficulties for me. I am sharing this review to help other suppliers and exporters make informed decisions and avoid similar situations.
