She ruined my dress!
I cannot express enough my anger and frustration by this terrible seamstress. As can be seen from the pictures, she made the dress worse than when I first bought it.
Before going to Elsa, the dress fitted ok, but needed hemming and some small adjustments in the back. I went for the fitting and elsa said it was an easy fix. When I came back for the dress, I felt it was too tight but she ensured me that it looked perfect and I was probably just a bit bloated. I thought I'd just lose a kg and it would be ok.
After dieting for 2 months and losing 2.5kg the dress was still too tight, so I located her Instagram page where I knew she'd posted a video. I took a screenshot and saw that she had made it way too tight (see picture).
Going back to get it fixed she claimed that the dress was fine when she posted the video and accused me of gaining weight! This, after I had lost 2.5kg to try to fit into a dress she made too tight.
After insulting me, she made some modifications and sent me on my way. Trying it on when I got home I saw that she had loosened the back, and it looked worse than when I first bought it. I sent her another message and an email with pictures, but she just stopped answering.
