once hooked they misuse. And now they do not accept other phone numbers than swedish, and require bankID logon. There is no argument why they ever need *swedish* phone number AND also bankID logon. So far it was easy -- e-mail was required and it was more than enough.

Terrible experience. They arranged an elavtal with Greenely and nothing has gone right. The customer service from Greenely is useless- chat bots and then eventually email with a real person, but you can’t phone to directly get help. Trying to cancel the elavtal now and go back to Vattenfall. Total waste of time and lots of headaches at the same time as moving house.
