I purchased products off Tik tok which advertised bath and body works candles and candle holders at deep discounted prices. Total was $64.00. It was invoiced and billed through my PayPal account. I kept getting notices that shipment on its way. There was no tracking. Shipment has never arrived although it gave an arrival date. I haven't gotten any notification that" your package has arrived" and i am not getting anymore notices that its on its way. I stopped payments from going through. I haven't paid a dime and I won't. This is definitely a scam.
