What is dislike- not very good for side sleepers especially if you wear a full face mask for sleep apnea. The bumps/humps at the each of the corners pushes your mask off.
What is like - material is soft

Update - i have been using this pillow for about 3 weeks now and I would like to change my rating from a 2 to a 4 star. I stand by my original comment this pillow did not work for a side sleeper with a full face mask. I have switched my sleep apnea mask to a nasal mask and the pillow accommodates my sleeping on my back and my sides very comfortably. I like the feel and firmness of the material.
Wish it came with an extra pillow case.

Pillow was absolutely awesome. Got it home unboxed it let it fluff the very first night when I laid on it I could instantly feel my muscles in my shoulders and neck. Relax, I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Elviros pillows are the best pillows my husband and I have ever slept on. I have had extensive cervical spine surgery and this is the answer to a prayer. Their warranties are amazing and their customer service is over the top. I wanted extra pillowcases for the pillows, but they no longer sold them to the public for my specific pillows. After contacting Elviros, they provided me with two FREE pillowcases!! What company besides Elviros would go to that extent? They kept open communication with me throughout the process and made sure I received my pillowcases. I have since purchased more pillows from them for extra bedrooms and for our RV. I won't be buying any other pillow again except ones made by Elviros!!

I’ve been waiting for a response for over a week. The tag/receipt in the box said firm yet when I opened the box and bag it was definitely soft. I bought the same exact one a year ago in firm so I know it’s firm. What do I do now with a soft pillow that is not returnable because I opened the bag?

I ordered 2 pillows both FIRM! The pillows arrived and they’re as soft as cotton! They’re very uncomfortable! I wrote 2 emails to let you know I needed some customer support for an exchange for the correct product or to return the product incorrectly sent to me. I even found a customer service number online and left you multiple messages with no return phone call. I never heard from you! I waited 2 weeks before writing this review. Very disappointed! To any customer considering this pillow to look for a different option... You will receive no customer service and the wrong item...

The ordering process was very easy, and the product, the pillow, came very quickly! I believe it to be of good quality, but it is much smaller and thinner than I thought it would be. Too small for me! Unfortunately, it hurt my neck to use it. I gave it to my granddaughter. It is much more her size!

I purchased this same pillow two years ago and it was fantastic. The foam in the new pillow is not the same firmness. It is not even close. The new pillow collapses to flat when I lay my head on it. I tried to use the chat, with no response (and no email as stated online). I also emailed elviros directly with no response.

The pillow was a little hard & this pillow isn’t standard size at all.

Because of the size of the pillow it was uncomfortable to sleep on & had to put another pillow underneath.

The pillow I received is super flat. I don’t know if it’s defective or what. It provides zero support. No different than having no pillow at all. Regretting my purchase.

Easy to order, fast delivery, good quality.

The pillow arrived in timely fashion and was packaged very well. Their website is very easy to use. I would strongly advise anybody that fights their pillow during the night disrupting their sleeping should purchase one of these Elviros pillows.

Neck pain is gone. I now have the support where needed. I sleep more comfortably. Delivery was prompt. Would recommend the pillow.

Ordered the firm pillow from Elviros, as I already have the soft version (which is too soft for me). Have been sent the same soft pillow (as I can compare them directly with each other). Emailed Elviros 3 times in the last 10 days to let them know this error has occurred. I've not heard anything from them, and now having read a few other reviews about their "firm" pillows, I am now thinking they do not actually sell the firm version.

What is annoying is the total lack of communication or effort to put things right. I would either like the "firm" pillow ordered or a refund, not difficult to do.

So come Elviros, get your act together and sort this out please.
