I placed an order for 2 large capacity folding travel bags on 18th April, 2022.
After sending my first email, I was told it could be up to 35 days for delivery, I have no problem with that.
I have checked the website and my tracking information has now expired. At the beginning it was pending for 35 days.

After sending my second email I have had no reply.
Unfortunately it appears that this is a scam

I booked and paid with this company and then I was not able to travel, I requested a cancelation and refund within the cancelation time but could never get hold of anyone, they did not respond to my emails or phone messages left on their phone number, they have ripped me off and are very dishonest, do not deal with them under any circumstances

Stayed for 2 nights at Ibis Styles Birmingham Airport & NEC. Fabulous value for money (Except cost of dogs per night - per night. I thought a bit excessive). Would love to return but cost has doubled for same time next year.

Very disappointed we could not attend this event due to covid19 and wanted to cancel the booking , you never answered emails, you didn’t answer any phone numbers , your website had a question area again no response, the only saving grace was the premier inn we booked were helpful ,disgraceful customer service from your company

Hotel is fine but restaurang service could be better

Booked with elvoline some time ago. Had some reservations as not dealt with them before but all went smoothly. Would definitely use them again.

I was unable to cancel my booking despite cancel option was included and valid. No reply on emails, hotline is just a tape with no service. will never ever use Elvoline again.

ST201903484126, ST201903696807,  ST201903624173 and ST201903392653  which are within the free cancel period. However, I have pressed the cancel button in websites but in vain. Please help me to free cancel.

The cancellation of order id ST201903696807 will be expired soon and the action should be quick. Moreover, I left several messages in elvoline website a week ago and called support +352 27 86 04 68 but no one answered. Please help to cancel them for me, please. Thank you very much.

I've had no response to emails asking for a booking to be changed - sent two and hotel sent one over a period of 2-3 months . unable to reach on an Australian listed phone number AND then you send me a request to rate your service. This has literally cost me $100s of dollars in having to re-book, and I cant understand how you can get it so wrong.

Poor Service / Did not cancel my night

I tried to cancel my night on many occasions - phone, email, online cancellation form and no one ever replied. I now need to claim through my credit card to get the money back.

Steer clear of Elvoline.com at all costs.

I tried to cancel this booking half a dozen times to no avail. Very poor service. This is the first email I have ever received from this company.

These people are dishonest.
I booked through them then cancelled within the contracted time frame. They will not respond and did not cancel my booking.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

We had a lovely stay, the room was very nice and clean

Worst company ever, absolutely no support and you can not contact this company, please don’t book with them!

The pictures are obviously from when the hotel was new. Is quite rundown now but still very functional. Hotel staff are very helpful and happy to assist when needed. The showers are lacking constant pressure and the aircons are only just capable of cooling the rooms. Other than that very clean.
