Refused to refund the full amount on an order they could not fulfil. Don't trust this company.

Placed a order, i dont hear anything from them, i send multiple emails but unfortunately i received automatic replays, i forgot to Check them out before placing order.
My advice is dont buy, i dont know if its fake or not, but i cant wait for weeks and end up with nothing. If i see the reviews now it seems it happens to lot of people and the good reviews are probably fake. There goes my 320€ hard labour €€€€,

Twenty days later then i wrote this review i finally received a email with caps lock BIG writing, that i have to wait 30 working days longer.... So i wrote a complaint to the Italian authorities (specific for internet fraude) 2days later i received my money without any answer of those criminals.

My advice is spam them with email, do everything again over and over.... And for the people who are interested to buy in this store Just don't , run away.

I placed my order a month ago, and although the product was shown as in stock and promised to be delivered within 5-15 days, none of this was true. The product is not actually available, and they are delaying by procuring it from other suppliers. Despite exceeding the delivery time, they are not communicating properly and keep sending automated responses claiming the product is still in the procurement phase.

If you research, you’ll find numerous bad reviews on various complaint sites about their lies and that they are a scam. Although there are some positive reviews, I am sure those are written by bots or fake accounts. Therefore, focus on the negative reviews and avoid ordering from this site. You can get the same products from other sites even if it costs $5-10 more, and I am sure it will be delivered much faster. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Thank you for reading this, and I hope everyone avoids such situations.
