This company has the best customer…

This company has the best customer service a customer can hope for.
- They always promptly answer emails personally (no template non sense);
-They are very good at providing technical advice and assistance;
- They offer customised products on request;
- The follow up above and beyond with the transporter if there is a delivery issue;

After receiving the order late (because the transporter did not leave any note in my mailbox), They even offered financial compensation.

Great company. I purchased an eBike battery 7 years ago. I just purchased a second one now to replace it, and I am amazed with the quality of support.

Absolutely recommended.
