Redonks. Absolutely ridiculous. The app has had issues for a few weeks. The CS team are unprofessional and do not want to credit back my account properly. Prison Voicemail is better, don’t bother with this service.

I just had my world collapse when a witness made false allegations and got her remanded. This service has allowed me to justkeep sane and I spent 8 quid already but I paid 1.65 for a stamp yesterday so yeh its reasonably priced and fulfills something money cant thank you so much
Topped up £5 been taken out of my bank but not on my email a prisoner account contacted through email and unlink to have emails sent back to me address not found being charged in past twice for emails sent also terrible service

Thought great at first but over last few months and paying for emails and replies and nothing, my emails sent from last month haven’t even been received by my friend inside. Feel like I’m putting money on feature but nothing, just my money being taken. I have email support on this issue and no acknowledgment of this issue. Poor service and to say the least not professional, waste of money.
