Terrible Customer Service
Eric Moore, it's not your job to have an opinion about the content of my campaign. I didn't complain about "opens" and "clickl" - I didn't ask for your repeated advise on my email content. I told you it's what I wanted. It's my campaign, my money.
Here's my content once it's updated:

Support for Quickbooks users - Monthly Bookkeeping Services- Remote work.

You'll read this in his reply below..... If you're not going to change the content from these incomplete sentence fragments to something that sounds like a human wrote it, you might as well cancel.

My email to Eric - Subject - So far a horrible experice
1) My dashboard didn't work for over a week, took days to debug.
2) I'm nagged in every response from you about my content, after I acknowledged and accepted, a higher percentage of emails going to spam.
3) It take several day to update a campaing.
Look, I get we don't work well, some personality clash, it's no big deal. If you'd rather not have me as a client, that's quite alright. Please point me in the directions of another company that does what you do.... email list + campaign. Thank you!

Hi Heather,
1) It's very normal to have issues with dedicated software that need to be debugged. You did not lose a week of email or something like that.
2) I encourage you to edit your email because I can't imagine anyone who would reply to this email and I'd like you to do well.
3) Correct, it takes several days.
4) Any marketing agency can do what we do. They'll just charge you at least $2000-$3000 per month to replicate what we do for $99. That's our competitive advantage.

Would you reply to an email that just says things like "Hill Bookkeeping Services - Quickbooks Online Software - Desktop Windows - Desktop Mac Book"
What does that even mean? Those are just words, not a cold sales email pitch.

I didn't ask for you opinion, or help with my campaign.
Yes, $99/month is cheap, I found it wasn't worth it.
No one noticed my dashboard was broken, after several emails, the one that finally got it fixed was sending a snapshot.
Who wants to wait more than a week before their campaign is updated? That's 1,000s of emails going out with out dated information.
You were not encouraging, there was no "strategy", as your title suggests.
I was getting responses from my email campaign, even though Eric's opinion was.... I wasn't.
I cancelled, I couldn't pay them one more dime.
Since cancelling...... here's more emails from Eric Moore.
Just confirming that we received your cancelation request. We'll continue running until your quota is exhausted.
You would get at least 10x more leads if you used complete sentences.
*More with the suggestion... you said you'd stop. by the way.... I CANCELLED

(Here's the thing, it's my money, it's my campaign)
I didn't like his copy for the campaign, it was horrible, If I used it, I'd sound like a babbling idiot, so I wanted to do it my way, And I felt I didn't get service because of it.
Do you want to work with this person? who just won't let it go? I mean, I've cancelled for heaven sakes! Why are still harping about fragmented sentences and me sounding like a human.
Good Grief! My campaign hasn't been updated, I said to stop it on 2/22/23 , but it's still going. Update its Feb 28th and my campaing .... with typos and outdated information is still going. Horrible service!
